Last week, we were invited by a dear friend to a service focused on what God’s doing in Hollywood. Good stuff. During the message, FAME was mentioned repeatedly and that believers ought not be afraid to pursue it for God’s kingdom. What do you think?
The gifted speaker had no idea FAME was next up on our docket. We prayerfully map out our message calendar at the beginning of each year (as my life is a little hectic and I desperately need to hear for God and know where we’re going). This year, we’ve been journeying through the Bible in One Year, reading or listening 15 minutes daily using the Chronological Reading Plan on Bible.com, and diving into the major themes of each book on Sundays.
This week, we see 2 Samuel 7 where God makes a covenant with King David including the promise of fame. What do we do with that?
